- Making an Appointment
Appointments can be made by telephone during normal office hours 9am to
6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. It is also possible to
email us to arrange an appointment. It is not necessary to be referred
by your doctor. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of this
page.
- Fees
Please call
our offices for our fee structure.
Some patients do not have private health care. We offer a range of fixed-price foot surgery 'packages', where all costs, such as the initial consultation, the operation itself, follow-up appointments and any dressings and medications are all included in the price. We must fully assess and discuss the diagnosis with the patient before any treatment can commence. If you would like to enquire for further information,

- Cancellations
We do ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice should you be unable
to attend. A fee will be charged for unattended appointments.
- Payment
Cash & cheque may be used to make payment. We dont accept credit cards or Switch. We regret that we cannot allow accounts to be held. Medical reports and letters will be charged for at the appropriate British Medical Association rate. All fees are expected to be paid IMMEDIATELY after treatment unless agreed otherwise.
- Unpaid Debts
We utilise the services of a debt collection agency. It is sad that we
have to resort to these tactics, but any unpaid fees for our services will
result in us utilising our debt collection agency.
- Health Insurance
Most health schemes will cover chiropody / podiatric treatment. In some cases you may need to pay an excess on your insurance policy we would strongly recommend that you consult your individual insurance policy prior to commencing treatment with us if you intend to claim your expenses.
